Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using our site, paying for services, or submitting forms, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for illegal or abusive purposes
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Misrepresent your identity or intentions
• Misuse AI-generated content (e.g. for impersonation or misinformation)

You are responsible for verifying that our services comply with your platform’s rules (e.g., TikTok, YouTube policies).

3. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed via Stripe.

• Fees are charged per platform/tier
• Subscriptions or waitlist fees are billed immediately
• Refunds are handled case-by-case
• You are responsible for entering accurate billing information

4. Ownership

You own your submitted files and final content.
We own all proprietary automation systems, prompt templates, and service infrastructure.
You may not reverse-engineer or reuse our backend workflows without consent.

5. Access & Uptime

We aim for high reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or platform outages may occur. We reserve the right to pause or modify services at our discretion.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel anytime by emailing support@velariq.ai.
We may suspend access for violations of these terms, misuse of content, or failure to pay.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, platform policy changes, or third-party service issues. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.
